Portal Features
As a registered homeowner, you have access to the following powerful features:
Your Information
The box at the top of the main page displays your current contact information. To update your details, simply click the "Edit My Info" button.
Community Insights Map
The map is a powerful tool to visualize our neighborhood. It allows you to:
- ✔View Engagement Levels: Click buttons like "Volunteers" or "Registration Stats" to see a privacy-friendly heatmap of engaged neighbors.
- ✔Explore Your Neighborhood: Use the search boxes to quickly find and display all homes on a specific street or within a division.
- ✔Privacy First: The map protects your privacy by showing anonymized "Homeowner" pins and density heatmaps instead of exact names and addresses.
Account & Help
Creating Your Account
To get started, click the "Register here" link on the login page. You'll search for your property by name and address to claim it and create your secure account.
Password Reset via Email
If you forget your password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page to receive a secure reset link via email.
Getting Help
To see this guide again at any time, just click the "Help" button in the main menu.
